Traces
The project was part of TRACES, an outdoor show celebrating the heritage and beauty of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park. Featuring the work of 20 artists across diverse mediums—including painting, sculpture, printmaking, installation, spoken word, and performance art—the event showcases site-specific pieces inspired by the park's natural and historic charm.
Visitors are invited to explore the artworks along a walking trail, discovering the park's hidden beauty and the artists' creations at their own pace. Set within one of London's 'magnificent seven' Victorian cemeteries, the park's historic monuments, weathered statues, and gravestones blend with 30 hectares of serene woodland, meadows, ponds, and a maze, offering a distinctive and atmospheric backdrop for the event.
